I plan on buying a used boat from out of state. There isn't much of a market for bass boats in my state. Are banks usually picky about this scenario? I'm assuming all they need is the Serial number from boat, trailer, and motor.

We work with cross state purchases every day. We need the year, make and model to get the approval. Once we have that, we get VIN plate pictures and copies of titles from the seller. If there is a lien, we will track that down and be sure things are taken care of.Originally Posted by ECP1989
