first thing in the morning, my boat will idle fine will idle out to the no wake zone but when i give it gas it goes dead, it will crank right back up, give it gas goes dead, drop the trolling motor fish for 30-45 mins crank it back up and it will take off, been having this problem for a while nown last time i took it out it wouldnt take off even after fishing for a few mins, very very frustrating

Try Pitstop marine in angier, not near reidsville but they can probably fix it. Reminds me of a bulb problem.

Take it to pitstop marine. Jr. And Keith will accommodate you quickly. I honestly wouldn't take it anywhere else. It's a fairly good drive from Reidsville but, I tow mine from Stuart Va if that tells you anything.
