Ulterra won't stow at times

The last few times I went stow the motor it would get to the top to stow and would would stop and start beeping. I could go to the front of the boat and work it back and forth and it would finally stow. Is there something that needs to be greased or anyone have any ideas?

Shaft may need wiping down with lubricant per the manual. I use Boeshield T-9. Other lube points - check the manual
