    Going from Laser II to a Tempest Plus

    I have a 25p Laser II on my Yamaha 200 EFI and planning on installing a 25p Tempest Plus. Will the hub that comes with the Tempest work on my Yamaha or if not, can I use the one off the Laser II on the Tempest Plus?

    Does your Laser2 have the flo torq hub style? The thrust washer for a merc prop installed on a yamaha is thicker. If you use the thinner merc thrust washer, You could rub the lower unit and zerk fitting.

    I have no idea. I've never changed props before so I don't know one hub from the other.
