    Question Grease zert broken/ Yamaha wedge

    Looks like the Wedge transom saver item was put on wrong. Resulting in a broken zert. Wondering size for zert? Auto parts store or dealer?

    6mm grease fitting from an autoparts store and you're back in business.

    Yea, luckily my dealer knew to tell me you can only use one of those if your going to use those my wedge deals. They probably learned from experience but it saved me.

    M-Y Wedge can only be installed on the Port side ram.
    If placed on the STBD side ram it will break the Zerk fitting.
