hell you can't cover a 1/100 of either no matter how long ya fish. I fished there Thursday through sunday. we caught fish in both. they are biting in both. caught fish is all periods of spawn. your choice. fish your strength. we caught them 6' and under. caught a few 5's and some smaller. buddy caught a 6.
I'd pick the upper lake if push came to shove.
Depends on wind. If it's bad go to upper lake. If it's not I pick lower lake 9/10 times.
