Just go for broke and get the DP-12. What an AWESOME BEAST!

Runs a full 16 rounds, 14 in the tube(s), 2 in the chambers(s). Yes that's chambers, plural... It's a double barrel pump shotgun that'll load 2 rounds with each pump, fires click, left barrel, click right barrel, pump, click, click. You can even load different rounds in each side.

I can BET you'll be the only one on the block, or at the range... with that puppy.

Buy a full bore cheap shotgun, no chokes, alternate between buck shot and slugs, just leaves a greasy mess

    Maverick.....lol
Tell you what, this is about as cheap as it gets in a gun but I've seen people abuse the crap out of them water fowling and all they do is continue to work and shoot stuff. Very solid guns for the money...I should get one just to keep in the corner for protection myself...

Mossberg 590 is what I have and it's an awesome gun. Remington, Winchester, and benelli make great guns too and most are working a few bucks of each other. My Mossberg does kick like a mule though

I have a plain Remington 870 express with and 18" barrel and a extended shot tube extension. Nothing fancy but it works. It is an old hunting shotgun I converted. I keep it loaded with Federal Law Enforcement LE13200 because it has a lower recoil, in case the wife needs to use it.

I have an old 870 with a tactical stock set, tac light, 18" cantilever bbl I took the cantilever off and put in a cylinder choke. Loaded with #4 turkey loads. Why turkey loads? I want as much shot going into someone 20-30 feet as I can.

Hard to beat the 870 and or 500. Both are proven!
