    919

Finally finished the break in got to open it up and holy cow they fly. Saw 77.5 by myself. I came out of a triton tr 196 that I thought was pretty fast but nothing like the 919. Couple things when you bring it down from top speed it wants to get a little jerky to the left is that normal? Also the bow lift is crazy feels like its just riding on the back 6 inches of the boat. All in all I love it I think the triton was easier to drive but I don't have much seat time in the 919 yet.

Prolly noticed this, yah gotta bump it a little coming off plane to keep water from coming over the back. Have not noticed the jerky thing.

defiantly trim down or slow down easy when running up on the pad, it can get silly if you suddenly back off quick

send me the pics and I will post andy@5bigbass.com

Trim is your friend for sure when coming down from top speed.

If you just drop power while trimmed to run, I've had it get a little wild and feel like the back is sliding out. Pop it down some while slowing and it's all gravy. Great choice on the 919!

Mid rang on these boats is very responsive. You still got 2-3 more mph left !!!

Looking good! I'm in the same boat as you. Just got my 919 a couple weeks ago and I am just as excited as you are. Very glad that I switched from my champ 203 to the 919.

For sure I will be taking towel to sit on. Everyone said I'm crazy for getting a dark boat in the desert but I didn't want a white boat this time
