I think the consoles are all fiberglass now. I think Blazer has done a great job with 625.

So if the avg. joe orders one from a dealer it's a crap shoot whether he gets a neat factory rigging job or a rats nest?

Dam I've owned 3 the wiring and compartments on my have been fine the only problem I've really ever had was air in the gel on the hard edges they fixed it good as new my wiring has always been fine I always do my own troller electronics and chargers cause I want it a certain way but no complaints from me

Air in hard edges? I had that with my 2000 202 but hope it's a non issue with the 625s.

Final rigging is typically done at the dealer level, the appearance of the bilge/battery area will typically depend on your dealer. Some boats come better from the factory, but all should look roughly the same as far as wiring cleanliness and organization after the dealer is done putting in the batteries and doing the final rigging. That being said, the 625 is an AWESOME platform from a great company that really stands behind their products :)
