    Pulled. The meat was already beat up once killing it. Why beat it a second time chopping it up.

    I'm into pulled pork shoulder. When I was a kid, no barbeque restaurant in our area ever thought about barbeque beef. That is until we started seeing Yankees moving south. I still don't ever see any of it sold locally.

    After living in Memphis 18 years, you get spoiled to the really great barbeque. I do enjoy traveling through Texas, but their addition to culinary greatness is Tex Mex and Chicken Fried Steak--not barbeque.
