What's the cost? Wonder if it voids your warranty?
I bet that baby sounds bad a$$ if it has that supercharger whine. Not sure what jack plate you would be able to use though, most are rated for 300hp.
555 lbs...
No whine very quite
I have just the boat for them to demo one on...................
A Bad MOFO
Still 150 ft lbs of torque short of a Etec G2. Just sayin
Anyone hear of the price?
If this is even remotely reasonably priced, I'll consider one for my SHO when they're available..........You have to wonder how the guts of a gear case would hold up to this much torque?
1.62 gear ratio running a 34" prop would net 108 mph with 15% slip. I think that's a high slip number for a good prop and that much power would have you rethinking engine set back and all kind of set up scenarios......could be another first for an Allison 21'er.........
Kit is 55lbs. With 10.3 :1compression already and adding a supercharger I bet it needs race fuel

It will run fine on 93 it isn't making much boost..I would say it will be $5500-$6500 retail..I can and will find out about it.
Not even possible. Check the dyno methods.
Horsepower is a calculation based on torque and RPM's. If two different engines are putting out 250 hp at 6000RPM's, then they have to be making the same torque at 6000RPM's. If one engine is putting out 250hp at 6000, and the other is putting out 450hp at 6000, then that engine is putting out a ton more torque.

It's possible. The g2 claims to make 600ftlbs peak torque and this claims 450. Doesn't mean it's at the same rpm. It's kind of like a 400hp diesel that puts out 1000lb torque vs a 400hp gas that only puts out 450lbs torque.
