Can somebody tell me how to get the files off of the SD card into my PC?

I just put the sd card in the computer's card reader, open the correct drive to view the content (if it doesn't open up automatically when you put the card in the computer), then select the files you want and copy and paste them to where you want to save them. Is that what your asking?

The card does not open automatically on my pc. When I open it, I get a message that asks, how do I want to open it, and gives the option of finding a program on the internet, or find one on my pc. I've tried a couple, and nothing seems to work. RIW files??

Is it a blank SD card that your using? Not a good idea to copy them to your mapping card. First you need to copy the screenshots from the internal memory of the HDS to the SD card. Then insert the SD card into the computer card reader, open the correct drive to view the files, then copy and paste them wherever you want them on your computers hard drive. They are JPEG image files.
