(I'm putting this right here so that it stays pinned and two weeks from now, when I forget where I bought the cord, I can come back to this thread and find it again. )

Thanks for the heads up. Just placed and order.

    03 zx250

Finally made it to get the boat out of storage Saturday. Started getting her ready for the trip in a few weeks. Replaces the rod holders. Installed led light strips in the compartments. Removed the 194 bulb from the courtesy light and installed two blue three led light strips inside the housing. Also put one blue strip under the console. Have enough blue strips to do four on the front and four on he rear deck, just have not made up my mind if I want to install them on the decks or not.

CAM00110.jpgCAM00116.jpgCAM00114.jpgJust a couple of projects Ive been working on. Trimmed out the trolling motor pedal and Im machining my own deck lights. Im going with the red, just experimenting with the blue. I don't have them installed yet, I still need to design and machine a dropdown extension from the console to mount switches.

I like that. My TM pedal is all over the place inside the tray. I think I'll look into making something similar. Thanks for sharing the idea

[That foot pedal piece is very nice! definite "Skeeter Swag"!]
Thanks, It will also have a cupholder in the front of the pedal and led lights underneath so you can s the outline of pedal in the dark.

The pedal cutout is cnc machined from polypropelene sheet plastic 3/4 thick.

I bought everything to set this up on my 95 200zx... having a hard time being able to pull cord through... I set it up to be retractable... or are you guys leaving it long and not letting it retract into gunnal?

If you purchased the same poly cord as I did it has little stretch. Mine will retract a little but still lays on the deck. You could tie a piece of bungee cord to the cord and then tie the bungee off where you hooked the poly cord originally under the top cap and use the bungee to retract.

Yes I bought the same stuff... I will just proably let it lay on the deck... I don't think it will cause a problem.. if it does i will fix it with the bungee cord.. thank you for the reply!

I purchased 3/16th para cord from amazon to replace mine with. Works great. They retract as tight as you want by the length you cut it. Comes in alot of colors. Here is a link to what I bought.
