Sportsmaster LU stud on a 300X ?

Boat belongs to a friend and I don't have the serial number.

How hard is it to replace LU stud on a 300X .
Are they threaded on both ends ??
Can a damaged one be removed from the bottom ??

Not to hard ...but it will need a tad of heat on the stud as close to the treads as possible . Double nut it and use a pull bar and long tools ,to gave some more power . They have red loctie on the treads .

Thanks -- just wanted to make sure it (could) be removed from the bottom before getting the big tools out .
