Tom, on some trailers, these covers go over the center where the grease/bearings are. I had them on my 99 Dri-Doc trailer. The 98 brochure shows the same type. I have not checked newer to see when they changed, but I think the 2000 may have had the covers, but with a hole in the center so you could grease the bearings without removing that cover.

two weeks after I quit they missed payroll and it slowly went down from there. A real shame, it was the most fun job I ever had. They still owe me money though as they were stealing our insurance premiums. Water under the bridge.
