Removable second console. Think it was like $1000.

That's the main reason why I went with Phoenix. Their removable console is the best design in the industry so far. Most other brands don't offer it or it's just not as good of a design as Phoenix. Just tell your dealer and yes it's about $1000 add on. Nitro is probably the next best one for almost the exact same price.

921 ride ride ride lol best in industry IMHO speed with 250 Sho and 26 prop is about 75 nice lay out gets out of the hole great console goes in or out in about ten seconds with just a turn of latch and pull up and out one of the most stable platforms

The ride is one if not the best in the industry in a 21' bass boat. Yes all performance bass boats will walk.

If set up right. Chine walk is cured with seat time. I have a 920 with 250 PRO XS . Easy 75 to 76 loaded o fish. 78 to 79 light load. Best boat I have owned. I did not want the passenger console. But my wife talked me into it. Glad she did .Easy in and out. (less than 5 minutes) . My buddy had one added to his new Ranger. $2500 plus about 4 hrs labor. and his is not removable. You will love it !!!

I run a Bravo prop and after you dial in the setup....literally no walk at all from 70+. I have a video of pushing close to 78 and driving one handed while filming with the other. I run a 921.

I came out of a triton into a 921 and love. The phoenix will walk a little but nothing like the triton. The hydraulic jackplate nearly eliminates the chine walk
They aint got hands, set the hook

What pitch is that Bravo you run? With the extra 2" spacer I added to my 12" jp, my 921 gets a bit squirrelly on me with a 3 blade.

I've ran a 26-28.5. The Bravo will eliminate the walk. I would say a 26 or 26.5 would be the best to stay right at optimal RPM. I have no issues dropping 150 RPM's to gain 2-3 mph. Obviously with the Verado Pro I can turn the same Rs all year long. 2 stroke will suffer in the summer, that's why I say the 26 would be best.

I haven't seen a dual console in person. A friend made a comment that the second console makes rod storage awkward for the co-angler. Is there any truth to this? I'm in early stages of shopping and have Phoenix on the list to consider.
    Thanks

With the console in rod storage for a co is tough. I guess it depends on how often you have a co in the boat. I have the second console and it has not been in my boat for close to two years. When I am running the high school kids in tournaments the room is more valuable than the console.
