Thumbs Up Some of the best Television this week

Is watching some lame self imposed "celebrity-like" politician getting their asses handed to them intellectually by Gorsuch on almost every question they can come up with. I love it when they get on a little speech/statement like Al Franken and he looks at them like WTF are you talking about

I liked Gorsuch's facial expressions while the idiots were "asking" him a question. One of the mouth breathers couldn't do anything but just read his "question" (really just a speech to try to make a gotcha moment). Gorsuch tried to answer a question but the ding dong just kept on with his monolog. So Gorsuch just sat there and stared at him. And continued to stare in uncomfortable silence once he was done. lol The guy is smart. You must really want the job badly to put up with the stupidity.

Turns out, Al Franken is still a comedian. And, just as in the past, not a very good one.
"The man of system is apt to be very wise in his own conceit; and is often so enamored with the supposed beauty of his own ideal plan of government that he cannot suffer the smallest deviation from any part of it…He seems to imagine that he can arrange the different members of a great society with as much ease as the hand arranges the different pieces upon a chessboard.” Adam Smith, The Theory of Moral Sentiments
