Humminbird Helix 7 and Helix 9

Hi need some help with new electronics for my 20' aluminum boat. Just getting back into fishing and way too many choices out there so any help would be greatly appreciated. I do mostly walleye and brown trout fishing in upstate NY. Was thinking of getting Helix 9 DI/GPS chirp unit.Then was thinking about getting two separate Helix 7 chirp units so I could see the whole screen instead of splitting 9" to see two different things. I also have Minn Kota trolling motor with US-2 built in transducer so was wondering if you can run one thru that transducer and other thru transom mount transducer.Thanks again for any insight

The US2 does not do any imaging, just 2D sonar.

If you want DI from the trolling motor you have to put a DI transducer on the trolling motor.

If you want the units to share any data, the Helix 7 models have to be the G2N version.
