    While night fishing how do you tell the direction the trolling motor is going?

    Thank u for posting. Was just wondering the same thing. If operating with remote...I think some guys put glow in the dark tape on the head. I can't believe they didn't put a lighted arrow in the head.

    Agreed. That status light before dawn is so bright that it is nearly impossible to actually even see the foot pedal much less direction or speed setting. I too need to either light the tray area or dim the indicator light. I'm not complaining; just needing a minor tweak to move closer to "perfect" with the Ultrex.
