If I read earlier posts, the middle bunks are 10.5 ft 2"x4"s.
Is that correct?
Gonna be hard to find a straight 2x4 in that length.
Need to replace the carpet and it will be easier to buy a new piece of wood than to remove the 10,000 staples from the old bunks.
I bought 2 16' 2x4s plenty to do short and long, mine was only 10", I made the new ones a little longer
16s will be straighter, but I got #1s pre dried

I installed Gatorbaks, used Klin Dried #1 treated pine, the 2X4s will need to be routed on the edges
