I have an older shimano I was thinking of putting 50# braid on and sticking it on an old shakespeare 7'6" telescopic heavy action for frog fishing. Don't know reel speed it's a cruxis 200. anyone know speed of this reel?

Got it 6.2 to 1 Hell no more than I will catch it dosen't make any difference.
