    Question Battery Size Question for Kayak

    Just purchased a Helix 9 GPS G2N & a 360. I also have a micro power pole. What size battery (lithium) for a day of fishing? I was leaning towards the bienno 12v 15ah. Is 15ah enough?



    Also a shout out to Brian at BBG Marine, been doing business with him a couple years now and his service and prices are great as always

    Yea, has my interest too. I purchased a Helix7 Chirp GPS G2.

    Depending on trip length, you might be OK.

    These new machines draw a lot of power with the horsepower they house under the hood now a days...

    I can run a 688DI all day on the ice with a 12 amp, but it draws much less power.
