Is it running? Have you tried turning the main power off then back on again? Sometimes my 1 or 2 will flash like that and I just turn the main off then back on. I'm not sure what causes it.
I know on mine if its flashing the pump isn't working , I have to shut it down for a long time before it will work again , must be a short somewhere , I don't really want to replace the whole mega unit

The light flashing means the electronic breaker for that button has tripped. Push the button in and hold it until the light stops flashing (5-10 seconds) and that resets the breaker.
