Interchangeable parts usage Johnson vs Evinrude

I have the following two model numbers. Both are from 200HP Evinrude and Johnson motors.
model #:VE200SLENES
model #: J200STLCEB

i own the Johnson motor and have the chance to purchase two of the newer Evinrude motors as back up. They have blown Power Heads. Lower unit is good, stator is good, Power Packs, Flywheels etc.

But are these parts interchangeable?
