Well, if you ask "Yatesville or Kentucky Lake", your answer will be Kentucky Lake 99% of the time, even if Kentucky Lake is flooded and muddy and Yatesville looks great. Plus, not too many people will know the condition of both at the same time. If you want to know how Yatesville is, you'd do better just to ask about Yatesville.

Only been to Yatesville once, but don't believe I would ever choose it over Kentucky Lake (unless you just live close by).

Well not been on KY this year but been on Yatesville as late as Friday. If Yatesville is fishing great, Ky Lake is still probably better. It's my home lake and certainly the best in my area but if you can go to KY Lake. Go to KY Lake. Its not even a question. IMO

Good fishing on KY Lake right now. Got out for only 2 hrs yesterday evening, managed 3 keepers with the biggest being a 4-3 that came out of 1.5 ft of water....they were right up on the bank and full of eggs.
