    My slip numbers are like that, too. 2-3 %. Can't explain it. They were way high with my previous motor and a 25 tempest... even after a Croxton B and B.

    Thanks Champion. Everything I read says it needs a computer to set up on the G2 so since the tournament is near the dealership I will stop in and figure this out.

    Don't know where Valatie is, if the service trailer is there swing by and see Steven he'll fix you up. Just remember he's there for the participants. Yes you need the computer to connect to the motor but it is a different connection than the G1 uses and you hook into the network Via a T connection.

    I'm I Upstate NY and y dealer is Maces Marine. I know he has to add in the new senders and spent time programming the gages but not sure if something didn't take...

    If a boat has twin fuel tanks no need for a laptop but you do need to have the sender from each tank connected into the gauges via one of the upto four tanks available and then just tell the system the fuel capacity and calibrate the sender-which can be done fine with a laptop. if you are not reading both tanks on the display then first thing to do is confirm both tanks are connected correctly.
