    x5 issues

ive had this motor guide x5 in the water less than 6 months and have had the board in the foot replaced once. that didnt fix the problem as of last week . not working and or surging, pulsing is whats going on. whats everyones experence with motorguide fixing this quickly or flat out replacing it. ive been a mg guy for a long time but this thing is not cutting it. mg says i have to have my service center call them about the issue to see how they will resolve it. continue to throw parts at it or replace the whole thing ...thoughts ? likely the last mg ill buy unless they fix this problem asap.

Take to a service center and let them take care of you through the proper procedures. Motor guide will take care of it, if it's the trolling motor. Sounds like either a board or wiring issue. Since it's happened on two boards, you need to make sure the boat wiring/plugs are sufficient to carry the continuous load.
