Just bought that same model myself...got a good deal and have been pleased so far. I've struggled with the motor height a bit but other than that, we love the 201! I'll be glad to answer whatever questions I can for you with my limited time with this boat.

Great boat with a great ride and handling I wouldnt be hesitant about it but check the transom thoroughly. Im not sure about the motor. If its a 225 HO Evinrude DFI motor then its a great motor, have it checked out though. Should be a high 60's / low 70's boat.
