1988 21 ft gas tank removal

Project boat, got a pretty big gas leak inside the boat. Can see it trickling by the bilge pump area. Assume I must have a cracked tank. Anyone taken one of these out?

I would call Jim Hughes on Tuesday he is the one that built them and will be very helpful in removing the tank.
