    Many businesses are slow answering emails, as emails are absolute time killers. "Send email, get a response, ask another question, get a response, goes on and on, and in the end there's often a misunderstanding of some sort on either end. What can kill 20-30 minutes out of an employee's 8 hour day could probably have been taken care of in 5 minutes on the phone.
    I feel the same way about people who want to text back and forth for half an hour when a two minutes phone call is all that's needed.

    lost one myself, just gonna buy it here. I didn't have a matching spare so I bought one with an 8 ply tire installed and used the center cap from that one, now am going to replace that one.

    Thanks, this is what Im going to do. I called Ranger last Friday, was told they would call me back within an hour. It is now Wednesday, no call.

    Never tried email. It has been a while but every time I have called I was overwhelmed with the service and friendliness.
    I've talked to them several times since I got mine in November. Always able to get them on the phone right away. They are THE BEST!

    Have had 0 issues with their support whatsoever...got call backs quick. One caveat is, seems their numbers come up as unknown so if you have unknown numbers blocked that could be your issue.

    Received a call back finally. Edge and fortrex use the same cover. Also the covers with the strap and rachet are made for seat posts installed.

    Same here. I slipped of the step and tore it off. Walked around to the other side and took it off.
