I should have asked this way sooner..... but last fall before I put my boat away for the winter, I did an update and it deleted all my waypoints. I've updated before and that didn't happen. Is it normal? Guess I should backup my waypoints before an update....

I've never lost mine after an update, but stuff happens. I back mine up after every trip I mark new spots

Not normal, for sure. Given all the units I have updated (even with beta software while testing units), I've never had this happen.

I guess I didn't go into each unit to see if they were just all one one or not... maybe have to give customer service a call.

Do you have all three connected with ethernet? If so, they may only be on one mfd. In any case, go to each one and make sure sharing is ON and check each one to see if the waypoints are there.
If they are NOT connected with Ethernat, then only one MFD got up-dated. In that case it may just be different versions of the software causing the issue.

Ok guys, got boat out of storage, all 3 of my graphs have the same waypoints, they start at about 326 and go to 465.... that means I'm missing the first 300 or so. I can't find on there if "waypoint sharing" is on or off.

As far as I understand it, that should not have happened. I dont see how you could accidentally deleted them either. You have to go through several steps to delete them.
I dont know what they can do for you, but I would call support and explain the situation.
Do you have back up anywhere?
If not, it would be a good idea to start doing that every so often.
