I live in the pacific northwest and have a 2012 Mercury 175 Pro XS 25" shaft length with a jet pump lower unit. I would like to purchase a used prop lower unit with water pump and was wondering what will fit my motor. Is there a range of years that will fit and range of HP sizes that will fit? Are there any good online sources for lower units?
So I went to the mercury website and looked in their online parts catalog and came up with this part number 9148T85 for a complete lower unit assembly. Can anyone confirm that this is indeed the correct part number for my Pro XS???

that is 1.87 ratio 25 in shaft which yours should have
