Home rental possibilities on Kerr or Gaston?

Been thinking about an investment property on a lake. I am not sure it's financially feasible but finances aside, anyone know what the home rental scene is like on Kerr or Gaston? I'm aware of how good it can be on Smith or Anna, but properties on those lakes that would rent are really pricey, probably an understatement.

Gaston would be better than Kerr lake as far as rentals.
