Wierd.. Power pole Goes Down when Pressing Up? Help?

Just got done reinstalling a couple sportsman 2s from my old boat onto the new one. Replaced all the bushing at the same time and new fluid.
Now, One pole works correctly while the other will do the exact opposite. (When down is pressed it cycles up and vice verses)
Lines are hooked up correctly, not sure what would cause this.

I know i could just switch the lines that just doesnt make any sense.

The only thing that would cause the unit to operate opposite of the switch controls would be reversing the tubing at the pump, or getting the wires backwards on the circuit board. More than likely if you just swapped them over to a new boat, the tubing got installed backwards. The BLUE tube should be connected to the fitting farthest from the fill cap on the reservoir and should connect to the upper fitting closest to the ram on the hydraulic cylinder.
