    The main difference I see between this tournament and every other isn't that there's more rules, its just that they actually enforce them. Personally, I get annoyed fishing club tournaments where the rules clearly state kill switches and life vests are to be worn when the outboard is running, but then most ignore that without penalty. They just put it in the rules to satisfy insurance, but its useless in saving a life if its never enforced. So, I commend Big Bass Tour for attempting to keep us all safe in an event with hundreds of boats running around.
