    Connecting 73sv with 93sv

    Trying to connect my 73sv to my 93sv to share way points. The 73sv has NMEA 0183 and the 93sv has nmea 2000. Both wiring harness have blue and brown wire for data connection. Is it as simple as connecting them together ? Thanks

    You will connect the brown wire to the blue and the blue wire to the brown for 0183 connection. Then be sure to turn on "share data" or something like that on both units. Don't worry about the extra ground wire.

    Thanks it worked I didn't evens have to turn anything on it was all loaded on to new finder .
