Starter Replacement / J200STLERK

Battery is good, starter will click but not engage. Flywheel spins easy. Starter is 20+ years old so I have come to conclusion that it just decided to leave this world. I have purchased the following off Amazon:

Is this a good option? Seems cheap... I might seek rebuild options locally on my core unit Monday.
I'm also worried about the OG unit being matched to the flywheel after 20 + years of operation....

Does the starter spin, but not engage? Or clicks, but not spin? If it spins you may just need to oil the bendix.
