whats the pump doing? is it making any noise? Did you check to make sure you have plenty of fluid in the pump tank?
Yes with noise and yes too fluid they are brand new doing this right out of box one of them the other is working fine . There is no fluid going too the blue line at all.
Mine was doing the same thing while priming with the dash switch, ended up using the HPU buttons to get it primed, now they both work fine
