On the average twice a week if it stays in the shop. Every time it comes out of the water. Local fiberglass shop told to quit
cleaning my 20' XD because I was taking the clear coat off it when I took it there to have the cap clear coated.

Before I leave (gotta look good at the launch in morning) and before it goes back into garage (in case somebody comes by to borrow a wrench, don't want them to see a dirty boat).

I love it clean for the launch too, when that morning sun is just breaking over the rise and the guys are looking hard and sayin "There he is and that Bullet!"

I gotta say, 99Jav and Crank68 keep the cleanest boats I ever seen. Those guys make me wish I could keep mine looking that good.
99jav don't keep one long enough for it to get dirty.
Well just now getting the chance to get on the Bullet page today. Why you ask? Because I have been cleaning the Bullet today. I like to wash it ever 2 -3 times out. I also use a good dose of Bass Boat Saver after a wash so it wipes down easy and looks good when I pull it out of the lake. My buddies that fish with me know they should be very careful when they put a foot on the cap of the boat or they may take a swim. Owning a Bullet and not keeping clean is like owning a Ferrari and letting it get dirty. That just aint right!!!

On a serious note I buff mine with a buffer prolly twice a year and hit it with meguires quick mist in the interum.
I don't clean it insanely analy like I did my ally though, but it's a little rougher anyway and wanted to get away from going nuts over every scratch.
Inused to to take my ally at the end of every season to my fiberglass guy to have all tourney scratches filled and boat completely professionally buffed to like new.
There were zero scratches on it anywhere when I sold it, I had it "cleaned up" again right before i sold it.
I fish and race to hard to worry about some little twig marks to much now.
Back in the early 90's, I started using fast wax on my vehicles. Spray on wipe off. NASCAR was using it then and I thought oh well I'll try it. Easy to use and broke static down so dust wasn't as apt to cling. Seem to work well and repelled about everything. I had a truck I'd put in shows and cruise- ins and I used it on it also. I've been using it on my Bullet and it shines like crazy. Skiers use it and I think one invented it back in the day. It's actually pretty cheap and easy to use.
