    Middle/Eastern Tennessee March 18th - 22nd

I am coming down from Akron, Ohio from March 18th through the 22nd. I would like to stay within about an 8 Hour Dr. which puts me anywhere from middle to eastern Tennessee, Nashville and Knoxville areas. What lake should I be going to and why? I was originally thinking Dale Hollow but have not heard anything great in many years about the lake. Should I stick with Dale Hollow or is there a lake that will out fish it in late March?

If your near East Tennessee then you should just go ahead and drive to Chickamauga, who knows, you might luck into a 10+ giant!

Come on down to Muscle Shoals--2 hours south of Nashville. You can fish Pickwick, Wilson or even Wheeler close by. We have a great campground downtown Florence at McFarland Park. Joe Wheeler State Park is also 20 miles east. J.P. Coleman State Park (MS) and Pickwick Landing State Park (TN) are within an hour--right on Pickwick Lake.

I have fished Pickwick a few times both from the Tennessee side and Alabama side. Awesome place. Same with Cedar Creek, Wilson and Wheeler. I don't have a full week so I don't want to make that far of a drive. Looking to be in the northern part of Tennessee this time.
