Not sure on the wiring...bought the boat used so I am not sure what was done.
The battery measures 11+volts while cranking, tested at the battery.

Battery is likely fine. Check for loose battery wires under the cowl.
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
nothing else matters.
Nothing loose under the cowl that I can tell. I am beyond stumped. My dealer will look at it..but I can tell he doesn't really want to spend a lot of time chasing down electrical ghosts. I am more than willing to pay someone the 90/hr rate to get this fixed, and more than willing to drive a few hours to get to done. Any suggestions?
