    Glock identification.

I've got an older (early 90's) glock 23. How do I tell what generation it is? I'm guessing it would be a gen 1 but not sure. There's nothing on the side like my gen 3. Wonder what the market will bare on an older model like that? I'd like to swap it for a gen 4 23.

    Good Video Rude

If it's Early 90's, I will guess it was a Gen-2. I had one in a G19. It was actually a toss up for me at the time. G19 or G23. I bought a Sigma .40 later on & kept that one.

when it came to the US in 85, yes. The .40 came about 90 & the .45 came right after that. Keep in mind Austria had already had them for years in 9mm as that was there NATO military weapon of choice if I recall.
