A bit of time spent with a silicone gun is required by the look of it. Shame they can't get the details right, lets down an otherwise excellent looking boat. Some silicone and some door seal rubbers will have her right though. Enjoy the boat, I know I would.
Here is a shot of the pad and keel

Nicely done ! Enjoy.
I sure like the way that TM sits a tad higher up off the bow, looks like it allows plenty of clearance underneath for laying rods on the deck. It also appears to free up space on the left side of the bow, just looks clean and uncluttered.
Finally got her out yesterday. By the time we gave up the air temp had come up to 32f. Water was 39 and a brisk east wind, so, typical ice fishing weather. With 2 guys, almost full tank of gas and full fishing load, (uphill and into the wind too) we saw 44.9 mph before I backed off. That thing is going to take some getting used to. My old alumacraft vee was underpowered enough it never really lifted the hull out of the water, that was a new feeling. That Merc is a thing of magic. It is way quieter than my 2006 honda50 was. I had to go look if the pee stream was there when idling at the dock cause I couldn't hear it!

Great looking boat, bring on the warmer weather
Looks like it sits level on the water also.
I was going to say the same...super flat in the water
Very nice. Need to get it slimed now.
That boat would look good creating a slug trail through the mats.
Wouldn't have minded a little slime for the trouble. Only got one little pike to follow in but wouldn't commit. Fortunately the water was warm enough to melt the ice off the rod guides, but my reel looked like a friggin spiralizer as the levelwind guide peeled the ice off the braid

After seeing this thread it's a game changer for me, I was looking at the Crestliner vt17 but now the renegade 1775 has definitely caught my eye eye being the it is rated for up to a 90 hp. Now I have a couple questions though.
How well does the front live well lend itself to storage, I can't see using that as a second live well. Can you cap it off and not have to worry about water?
The lunds are all riveted, correct?
Did you run the wire for electronics or was that does by the dealer? Trying to get an understanding on how hard it would be to add graphs on my own.
I believe if you get the bass version the front livewell doesn't exist, it is just another storage box. You have to specify the crappie version to get the front livewell.
Tim is correct. front live well is only on the crappie version only. Lunds are 100% riveted, except where there are welds. The extrusions that they use for the gunnels and to cap the transom are welded to each other, but the hull is double riveted. If you watch the video of the lund factory tour you can see the process. Most of the wiring for the electronics is already in there, I did have the dealer hook everything up since it was not an extra charge. If you wanted to mount your own it would be really easy. The wiring for the tm is already there with receptacle and there is power for front electronics with breaker under the TM pedal well that you can get to by removing a few screws. The helm has wires as well and there is a rope that goes from the helm to the transom inside the conduit to pull your transducer cable(s). The link cable between my terrova and bird at the helm just drops down into the starboard compartment where there is a carpeted conduit that runs to the bow. I'll try to get some of the pics I took inside the compartments up this weekend.

Finally got the photos resized so I could upload <pita> The Renegade has a recessed TM foot pedal tray and mine came with a filler (not sure if standard). I opted to secure my terrova pedal to the filer plate via screws and secure the extra wire on the backside. I had to convolute my wiring a bit as I have the terrova on a quick release plate so that I can switch it out for an anchor winch. The filler plate just comes up to the plastic tool caddy/cupholder. The Helix/ram is mounted to the plastic plate via (4) #10 screws with locknuts. The wires for graph power are factory run and fused under the panel and at the helm.
