    Smoked bacon wrapped chicken tenders

I was looking for something to smoke the other day that didn't take too long and came this. Might just be my new favorite way for chicken. Smoked for 35 minutes at 300 using apple and pecan. Chicken tenders were seasoned using basic rub, then wrapped in bacon. Then a nice heavy rub of brown sugar and chili powder (2 cups brown sugar 2T chili powder). They came out very juicy and had a great sweet and spicy taste.

That does sound great !! Brown sugar works great on both bacon and chicken.

Atomic buffalo turds. Jalapeno cut in half, cream cheese smeared in the pepper, topped with a little smokie, wrapped in bacon and smoked. One of the best appetizers ever made.

Hard to beat boneless chicken thighs, wrapped around a nice slice of sweet onion, bell pepper and wrapped in bacon. run a toothpick through it to hold it together.
