    Ultrex Install...

I'm installing my #112 - 45" Ultrex right now. I was about to install my stabilizer bar, but I think that Minn Kota boxed the wrong one, or maybe not.

I feel like my bar is WAY longer than the ones I've seen on install pictures. Maybe even double the length. How long should this thing be?

They tell you to use a hacksaw but you would be there for about 45 minutes a grinder would probably be your best bet LOL

Your stabilizer was shipped with the TM or was a separate order?

Wow...going to have to go back to my installer...LOL Just getting ready to sell my Fortrex and noticed it was missing and just assumed it was removed from fortrex and placed on Ultrex. Thanks

Minnkota must have changed or left one out. I confirmed with installer it was not included and others they have installed recently????

there was one with mine when it was unpacked. Hack saw with a good blade cuts right through with ease. The stabilizer should come with a black rubber cup also to put on the end after you cut it to size

Took me less than 10 seconds with a Sawzall. Use a blade designed for metal and it was a breeze.
