    Neely Henry

    I am coming over to Neely Henry for the fist time this Saturday. Any do's and dont's anyone would care to share with me? Any recommended place to put in over others?

    Neely is a good "river lake." Water levels above Minnesota Bend will be higher than below it. Bring a jig.

    Coosa Redeye knows Neely Henry so if he says have a jig that means he has 5 of them tied on. Trust me I know.

    Don't - get out of the channel unless you know where you are going. A good Navionics chip is a necessity.

    Lucky for me I have a Navionics chip in my Elite 7Ti! Loved the lake/river...just wish the wind had not been blowing and that my partner had informed me that he had to be home at a certain time before we left.
