Navionics+ Region or Pre-Loaded?

I have a Hummingbird Helix 7 DI/GPS and want to get a chart card. LakeMaster doesn't have some of the lakes I fish so I'm looking at Navionics+. My question is: does the Region cards (in my case the South) have the same info as the Preloaded US/Canada card other than the coverage area? I don't think I'd ever use anything outside the South card area; just want to know if the Preloaded US/Can has additional features. Thanks.

Yes, all Navionics cards have the exact same Nautical Charts and can have Sonar Charts if updated the same day. Same ones you see on the Navionics website's Web App.

The 16GB Preloaded does not have Sonar Charts when you get it ( unless that has changed recently ), you choose what locations to download to the card.
The Region card has both map layers loaded, you still need to do an update when you register the card.

The Hotmaps Platinum cards have more features, but all the + are the same.
