transom torque specs please

I am adding a jacklate and would like torque specs to the transom. sorry, meant to say on a 99 201dc

I recently put a jack plate on mine and couldn't find exact specs anywhere. I just cranked them down tight. Not sure I could fit a torque wrench in there anyway. Checked them after the first couple of times out and so far, so good.

Call the jackplate company, they may have a recommendation.

There are threads about this some searching here should yield them. From memory plate to transom 55 or 60 and motor to plate 90. That is foot pounds of course but do some searching cant remember exactly. Also use nothing but fine thread bolts and if not using mercury oem ones. As far as grade do another search and it will yield the answers.
