One thing you gambler guys will see is customer service is top shelf if you order anything from bullet , that was the main reason I got rid of mine over ten years ago and you really can't believe it until you call and order something !I really can't stress this enough it is one thing to build a great product but ,Tom and the crew are as good as you could ever ask for .

Agreed 100%! There are a few nice boats out there but I really think that the attention Tom Teresa and crew pay to the customers is second to none.

I feel the same way. I think customer service has always been top notch at Bullet. In 1995 I was in my mid 20's and I purchased my first Bullet. It was a used older model. I called Bullet several times with what I know was ignorant questions but the folks at Bullet answered every question professionally and very courteous. They really made me feel like I had just purchased a brand new special order boat. They really made me feel like part of the family. I also ordered several little things for my boat and every time I would get the item next day. Bullet Boats

That's what I have been told. So far I can not be any happier with this boat. The condition it's in is unbelievable I just hope it rides well in big water and I'll keep this one a very long time!

Could not be any more happy with the way the boat preformed today. Did very good in rough water and ran over 80 today with a heavy load and two people! Still needs a better prop and a little more setup.
