    Headed to Toledo Bend

Headed to Toledo Bend in April. Do I need a license for both Texas and Louisiana or is there a stamp to cover both?

    Thanks!

Either one works on both sides. Texas and La have a reciprocal agreement for the border lakes between the 2 states.

A valid non-resident license from either state is good on either side..I would suggest a Texas license since Rayburn is only 45 minutes away from Toledo just in case you wanted to drive over for a day.

As long as your on the water your covered with either. Should you get on land you need one for that state.

I'd buy a license for the state I'm launching and staying in. On the water, one license is good no matter which side you are on.

Thanks guys! Staying at Fin and Feather. I should still be in the Texas computer for a license!

One may be cheaper than the other.
